During a recent visit to Holland Ferran Adrià, together with other Spanish top chefs, visited restaurant Elzenduin of Dutch chef Marco Westmaas. They all tried the Yakitori satay made with Plenti® and none of the chefs noticed they were not eating meat but rather a vegetarian product made of soy! This was a unique experience and the Spanish chefs were very impressed. This proves that Plenti® is a top quality product and very suitable for meat lovers and vegetarians.
